Period timber frame structures often need strengthening and modification requiring Listed Building Consent.  Our in-house Civil Engineer liaises with Conservation Officers, performs structural analyses and specifies repairs.

In our experience restoration works require continuous engineering supervision to resolve many of the unforeseen structural problems that can arise.  Repairs are completed more quickly and cost effectively without the need for referring to an independent Engineer.
